Q:Incy wincy spider
You mean the toughest spider who ever lived? He was a tenacious little motherfucker, conquered that damn water spout even after the rain came down and flushed him out.
That’s determination right there.
Q:5, 6, 9, 11, 14, 27
5: A song that needs to be played LOUD - AC/DC’s Back In Black. Have to put it up to 11 for that.
6: A song that makes you want to dance - Live in a Box by Spiderbait
9: A song that makes you happy - That Old Pair of Jeans by Fatboy Slim
11: A song that you never get tired of - Take It Easy by Eagles. I could listen to that song forever.
14: A song that you would love played at your wedding - All My Days by Alexi Murdoch. It’s sappy, but it’s a nice song.
27: A song that breaks your heart - Home, by Foo Fighters
Q:27
I’d probably have to go with Home, by Foo Fighters.
Reminds me of some rough times.
Q:Lust
Intelligence. Physically though, I’m a sucker for pretty eyes.
Q:I was just thinking of you, and so I wanted to send you a message. Are you happy? I hope you are. You deserve happiness.
Wow, anon. Thank you for that. So do you.
As for whether or not I’m happy…well, I’m not unhappy. And all things considered, not being unhappy is pretty great in my book.
Q:Thank you. That helps a ton!

Q:It is his birthday soon, and I want to get him something amazing. He wants to write a book but he just gets so distracted and unsure of himself. I've laid awake at night for hours while he tells me all about the book and the things he has planned. I can see how excited he is about it, and I wish I knew how to give him the motivation to follow his dream. I was thinking about getting him a nice journal, and maybe a cool pen. I want him to be excited to write. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks
A nice notebook and a pen are great gifts for someone who writes (or wants to write), and it’s actually a pretty personal gift, too. The only question is, what would best fit his writing habits? I use a full notebook for larger, more complete blocks of text, and a smaller pocket notebook for jotting down ideas. He may prefer just the larger notebook. Get a sense of his writing process, and you’ll have a good idea of what to get. As for the brand, I’d recommend something from Moleskine - their notebooks are nice enough that writing in them beats other notebooks, but they’re not so overly expensive or fancy that you avoid writing in them just to keep them pristine. As for the pen…again, that’s more personal preference, but I’ve used a Fisher space pen for a few years now and I love it. Hope this helps some.

Q:Ever considered pipe smoking?
More than you know. I had a calabash pipe for a while, but I ended up giving it to someone who would get more use out of it than me. I still entertain the possibility of getting myself a nice briar pipe, though. And hell, maybe someday when I’m old and eccentric I’ll get an appropriately ridiculous churchwarden pipe.
